I’ve been licensed in Real Estate since 1995 & in that time I’ve seen many changes for both Anchorage & the real estate market.  It’s a wonderful career & I very much enjoy helping clients with all of their real estate needs.  I started my career learning all about new construction, energy efficiency & the complications of building homes in an arctic climate.  I currently specialize in Anchorage, Eagle River, Chugiak/Peters Creek and surrounding areas.  I have a tremendous amount of experience finding homes for buyers & successfully marketing land, remote properties, single family homes, condos & multi-family properties for sellers.  I’ve won many awards throughout my real estate career such as Lifetime Achievement, Platinum Club, 100% club & numerous Top Producer awards through my 22 years with RE/MAX Properties.  In 2017 I moved from RE/MAX Properties and spent a couple years with Century 21 before opening my own brokerage in 2019.  I have been managing my brokerage for 3 great years through a pandemic so we are here to stay!
